一：编程器简介

这个SPI Flash编程器Ver3.7可以作支持in-system  programming  或者标准的SPI－Programming的ATMEL－ISP可编程的器件，该编程器不但支持AVR系列，同时也支持ATMEL 8051的具有ISP功能的器件。

二：硬件电路

SPI Flash编程器Ver3.7的硬件电路非常简单，最主要的两颗IC为：74HCT367以及74HC04（网友可以自由发挥将其编程由USB供电，这样可以省掉很多的其他电路哦）。本编程器的最低的支持电压在3V。电路图见下：

Read and write the BIN, HEX and ROM file formats

Read Signature, Fuse and Lock bits

Edit, Clear and Fill the Flash & Eeprom memory buffer

Verify with memory buffer

Auto save the OSCCAL data to Flash & Eeprom

Display buffer checksum

Program selected Fuse & Lock bits

Auto save the fuses settings for the open program file

Parallel port pins are freely selectable

EEPROM file open and save commands
